I'm discovering a lot about myself in my art class this semester. It's very exciting.

Apparently I "compartmentalize" subject matter. Rather than make each object a part of the whole, each object is it's own whole. This is interesting, because this is a left-brained activity, and I am close to being as left-brained as one can get - I'm borderline high functioning autistic. (Well, I suppose if I had the right side of my brain removed, that would be as far left-brained as one can get).

I'm looking forward to see how this detail-oriented perception of the world will influence my art works in the near future. In summer session A, I'll be getting my wisdom teeth removed, so I'll have plenty of time and leisure to make some interesting arts. There's also the chance that I'll be doped up on pain killers, so things could possibly be even more interesting .
